How are prediction points counted?

Exact score: 3 points. Correct result (winner or draw): 1 point. Wrong prediction: 0 points. A prediction can be edited until kick-off, then it is locked.

How do I play with friends?

In the Picks tab, open My leagues, then tap Create a league. Once the league is created, tap Share code and send it to your friends: they enter it with Join with a code.

I don't receive notifications

First check that Scorro notifications are allowed in your iPhone settings (Settings › Notifications › Scorro). In Scorro, open More › Notifications: check that All notifications is on, choose the event types, and add teams under Followed teams — match alerts apply to these teams. If you turned on Quiet hours (10 pm–8 am), no match alert is sent during that time; your prediction results reach you when quiet hours end.

How do I change my username?

More › Settings › Change my username. You can change your username once every 30 days.

Delete my account

In the app: More › Settings › Account › Delete my account, then confirm twice. Without the app, and to see what is deleted: see the Delete my account page.
