Delete my account

From the app

Open Scorro, go to Settings, then Delete my account. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

If you have uninstalled Scorro, send an e-mail to contact.scorro@gmail.com from your account's e-mail address, with the subject "Account deletion".

We confirm your identity by return e-mail, then the request is processed within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, predictions, comments and reactions, votes, and preferences. Deletion is permanent and this data cannot be restored.

Your private leagues

If you own a league with other members, the league is kept and its ownership is transferred to its longest-standing member. A league where you were the only member is deleted.
